Last but not the least, cell phones are probably the most crucial invention of technology to mankind. These days we have hundreds of health applications which not only track our overall wellness; rather also show us all the reasons behind the symptoms we experience. However, similar to the two sides of the coin, technology has definitely benefited human beings but it surely comes with an array of negative effects for the human body.
